Some items may be special order specifically for the customer's vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full status. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.

Wheelsnolimit accepts credit cards, Paypal payments, Cashier Checks, Money Orders, and Bank Transfers with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc.

Additionally, wheelsnolimit ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and other international locations on a case by case basis. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. International orders must use a valid credit card and verification of the credit card information is performed. This can involve the request for:
1) issuing bank information,
2) bank statements,
3) a copy of your identification and
4) a copy of the credit card (both sides).

International Orders
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. wheelsnolimit is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Sales Tax
Wheelsnolimit charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Warranty
All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. Wheelsnolimit does not offer any of their own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products are intended for use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up as recommended by the manufacturer. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other then by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. The warranty should be handled by the customer and the manufacturer directly. By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing.
